The
NLP Trainers Training certification course is organized around helping
individuals to explore the multiple levels involved in NLP and in training and
consulting. The training aims to create a context in which participants can
discover and language their skills, missions and visions related to training.
This training is for anyone, whatever your area of application. Training, presenting, teaching, counselling, coaching, team-building, goal-setting, visioning, and time management. And anyone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the professional & personal lives of others. Valid certification as NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and advanced coaching training equivalent or minimum to Platinum Professional Coach are required prerequisites.
The NLP Trainers Training is an internationally recognised training and approved by The Norwegian Association for NLP. The training is grounded in practical utilisation of NLP and coaching, teaching and consulting experience -participants will be giving presentations every day to group members and various audiences in addition to numerous practical demonstrations and fun exercises. Daily you will add another layer of expertise; developing goals for yourself, for the materials, for the learners, and for evidence that you've reached your outcomes. You will also get the chance to model the special expertise of everyone else in the class. After numerous experiences and analyses of presentations; you will have developed your mission, aligned your purpose and your life's work, recognized and strengthened your very special and unique personal style, made friends and developed a new group of mentors, trainers and colleagues.
