The Paradigm Academy commissioned one of the most in depth studies into the effectiveness of NLP and Coaching training after several years of delivering trainings in Scandinavia. The study was conducted by MMI, Norway’s largest leading market research agency specializing in qualitative research projects.

If you compare your situation from before your first training with The Paradigm Academy and your situation today, how would you characterise the change which you perceive to be a direct result of the learnings aquired through The Paradigm Academy?

MMI are ISO approved with over 100 full time professionals including statisticians, economists, political scientists, psychologists, and a highly qualified research team.
The 61page report was compiled from data received from delegates who had attended Paradigm Academy trainings within the last seven years.
Gillian Godtfredsen (Founder of The Paradigm Academy) decided to measure the effectiveness of the unique courses delivered.

Of the population surveyed 79% had university education and the rest had up to 14 years education. Paradigm Courses have a high percentage of female participants
(70% f-30% m) with males in the minority.
All courses are interactive and include a mix of experiential states both high energy and reflective blended into lectures, exercises, demonstrations using accelerated learning techniques.

The courses include Design Your Life, Healing, Kids Academy, Oslo Fire Walk, NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, Presentation skills, Introduction to NLP, Training with NLP, New Code, Coaching.
Over two thirds of delegates reported taking the courses for there own personal development with the rest giving new career, health, and state control as the primary reason.

One in five participants who previously visited a doctor before the course found that they had no contact after attending the training.

In a society that is results driven a high percentage ( 80% ) attributed results after the training to what they had learnt or experienced from the Paradigm Academy. With regards to goal setting a staggering 95% reported significant differences in achieving and setting clearer goals after the courses.
One in ten formed some kind of alliance with another delegate during or after the training and 80% saw an increase in physical exercise creating a more healthy life.

Half of the delegates who were in therapy before the course found they did not need to attend sessions after training with the Paradigm Academy .

Overall 90% reported a difference due to the Paradigm Academy and when asked what advice they would give to a novice learner of NLP two thirds recommended attending a seminar followed by networking with other people who had taken NLP trainings, reading books came bottom of the list.

The report is one of the most comprehensive of its kind and has surprised Gillian Godtfresten (Founder of The Paradigm Academy) as to some of the significant findings that seem to be spin off benefits studying with The Paradigm Academy.  This is the end.
