The training will be restricted to a limited number of participants.

NLP Platinum Practitioner

NLP Platinum Practitioner is for those interested in communication, personal development and hypnosis. You will gain a thorough knowledge about how the human mind works, and learn a whole toolbox of powerful tools for change.
You can qualify for two certifications at this training. An international NLP Practitioner certificate and The Paradigm Academy's NLHealing Practitioner certificate.

Training content:
Techniques for effective goal setting, establish rapport, develop self control that leads to skills and competence, change negative behaviour patterns, change limiting beliefs, increase choice and flexibility, check and secure that changes are ecological. Modelling, Strategies, Time Based Techniques, Hypnotic language patterns.

You will learn how you can be even better at making contact with others. You will learn of the importance of patterns of thought, language and body language.
You also will learn how we humans think in images, sounds, internal dialogue and body sensations, and what these mean for our communication. You will even learn how you to ask specific questions to increase awareness and help a person find solutions to his/her problems.

You will gain a deep understanding of the human mind. You will learn more about how we humans create our thoughts, how we stick to old thought patterns and how we can change these. You will even learn to better motivate yourself, take decisions and change disempowering behavioural patterns and strategies. You will know how to help for example those with phobia/trauma challenges.

You will learn how to use the time based techniques in pratice, and learn to support them with special linguistic expressions. You will also learn to work with metaphors, and techniques to solve internal and external conflicts. The last training day is for evaluation and certification.

Pre-requisites:
An attitude of openess and a willingness to learn NLP by integration i.e. primarily taking a closer look at your own life. Minimum 90% attendance. A willingness to participate in all syllabus exercises. Adhere to The Paradigm Academy Code of Ethics.

All participants complete a personal questionnaire.

The Training fee payed i full 3 weeks prior to training. A deposit of NOK 5.000,- secures your place on the training.

All payments received cannot be refunded. If for any reason you cannot participate in part or whole of the training you will be offered a place on a later training.

Training material
All training material is in English and covers the NLP syllabus complying to current international directives for NLP-certification.
