.: Introduction > Principles for NLP The principles that lay the foundation for NLP have been modelled on key people who consequently showed excellency in their achievement of results, and from system theories and the Law of Nature. NLP does not only consist of powerful tools, but it is also a philosophy and an attitude which is important when the goal is to raise ones standard, personally and professionally, regardless of what you do. We invite you to experience what happens in your life if you simply "act as if" the following statements are true:
The meaning of your communication manifests itself in the response you get.
Adversity is a sign of insufficient rapport
If what you do doesn't work, do something else.
We are all unique and we experience the world in our own unique way.
There are no mistakes, only feedback.
Body and mind create a system "It is I who control my own mind, and therefore also my results."
Behind every action there's a positive intention
People have all the resources necessary to reach their outcomes.
We are constantly communicating. If one person can learn something, another can do the same. Flexible people and organisations have an advantage over less flexible people.
Any situation contains several choices.
"It is the thread that runs from me to people that is really the strongest thing that NLP is about. It's about an attitude. And the attitude says that things can get better and that things should be based on doing the right thing for the right reason." |
