What is coaching?
Coaching is a process of positive change, development and success. It is a one-to-one process, which enhances your abilities to perform and achieve to your highest potential. Coaching is a systematic and formalised, yet highly personal, method that mixes tried techniques for change with personal growth techniques and practical tasks. Coaching is a guided process which releases resources and potential and ensures advancement so that the client gains clarity as regards to who they are, what they do, where they are going and why. The methods used in all forms of Coaching are fundamentally based in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Because coaching is a personally guided one-on-one process it helps the individual reach new levels of clarity, remove limitations, access their inner wisdom and find a sense of purpose.

What is a coach?
Put quite simply, a coach is a "Personal success trainer". A faithful professional - part mentor and part challenger - who specialises in the field of development so that people are able to excel in business and other aspects of their lives.

A coach creates a safe place to share insight and information, and is completely impartial. He/she will use different methods for the client to reach success and higher levels of clarity. The coach assists with removing the barriers that stop people from achieving and enjoying life. With a coach in place there are advantages for the individual and also for entire organisations because the results are: higher job satisfaction, vision, higher levels of energy, improved health and higher quality of life.

What is the difference between a coach, an advisor and a therapist?
A coach focuses on action, not understanding. They work towards responsibility for emotions and they help develop realistic plans of action. They challenge the client by asking difficult questions (in contrast to most therapists) and they shed new light on old situations by means of, for example, role-play. They even give you tasks to do. They may have used other names, but they have been there - either to improve individual performance or team spirit, or to be accessible as guide, mentor, teacher or coach. p> It was in the 1980's that coaching took on an official role in the business world and the techniques that were used came primarily from Neuro Linguistic Programming. (NLP). NLP is the technology of how we perceive the world through our 5 senses, and it has been described as a "User Manual for the Brain".

Firstly we gather information from the client via telephone or e-mail, then we organise a meeting with a Coach - as far as it's geographically possible. Then, through a combination of telephone calls and/or online meetings, data is collected about the areas that you wish to change or better. Obstacles, which may stand in the way for your personal development are identified. Visions and dreams are identified, object outcomes are set and a plan of action is created and implemented. Coach and client work together in order to achieve success.

How long does coaching take?
Because coaching offers a client specific procedure alongside dramatic and lasting changes we recommend a minimum of six months. Most of the time the organisations will place their employees in an 18 months program in order for the changes to be integrated and enhances with focus on the vision of the organisation.

Coaching is followed through by way of meetings, online dialogue and telephone conversations.

Is my privacy guaranteed?
Absolutely 100%!! Our coaches are neutral, third party individuals outside of your organisation. There is a secrecy policy, which is signed as a part of our contract. Our coaches have no other agenda than the absolute success and well - being of our clients!
